Robert Tudawali bio timeline

1929- born on Mervill Island North territory
1930- went Darwin by Canoe with his parents and take Bobby Wilson using the surname of his father's employer
1941-became an orderly in royal Australia Air France aid post
1948-lived at the Bagot native settlement Darwin
1952- was chosen leading male role in Jeddo
1955-became outlawed  tradition Aboriginal
1956- was destitute and suffering from Toberculosis
1958-received further roles indistiguished film Dust in the Sun
1963-banished to Mervill Island nine months and returned to Darwin
1966 - elected vice president North Territory council for Aboriginal Right
1967-was too ill and took to hospital
1967-involved in drinking session at Bagot
1987 - died in Darwin hospital
